History & Purpose

Continua Consulting Group is a team of educational leaders, psychologists, equity and intervention specialists that provide Trauma-Informed Multi-Tiered Systems of Support consultation for school districts and communities. Our framework emphasizes universal mental health and implementation of evidence based academic, behavioral and social-emotional practices. Our goal is to help schools and communities create systemic, sustainable solutions to wicked problems that help promote positive growth and development for the future. Much of that effort currently is directed toward managing the COVID19 pandemic response, building up school system resilience and capacity, and improving political structures that enable schools and communities to be more flexible and comprehensive in their growth.
